Inclusive of： - Aerial Yoga (Double Points Non-Spinning) - Aerial Hoop (Single Point Spinning) - Aerial Hammock (Single Point Spinning). 誠意推介給心大心細、樣樣都想試的你，一小時課堂自選：空中瑜伽、空中吊環、旋轉空中舞 Consists of / 課堂內容包括： - Warm-up with Breathing Exercise & Gentle Stretching - 簡單熱身：學習有效呼吸以助伸展 - Muscle conditioning with hammock/hoop - 布上/圈上肌力訓練 - A simple combo with basic entry and peak pose - 基礎上布/上圈技巧、主題動作及簡單串連 報名須知： 1）請於最少 7日前 經 WhatsApp 9501 3894 預約（暫不設網上自助報名）。 2）如須改期或取消，請於原定預約最少 24小時前 通知。 3）預約時須全數繳付學費，並經 WhatsApp 信息確認已收款，方為報名成功。 4）所有預約一經確認並完成付款程序，將不設退款。 5）如課堂前 2小時內有 8號風球 或 黑雨警告 生效，該課堂將取消並安排改期。 6）所涉及場租由學生自付。 7）Fly With Jessy 保留更改課堂時間、地點及內容之一切權利。 How to sign up : 1）Please make your appointment via WhatsApp 9501 3894 AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE your preferred time slots. (Online booking not available) 2）Normally we accept rescheduling and/or cancellation with no less than 24 hours prior notice. 3）FULL UPFRONT PAYMENT is required for reservation and will only be confirmed via WhatsApp with payment receipt. 4）All booked classes are NON-REFUNDABLE once confirmed with payment received. 5）Class will be cancelled and rescheduled when there is a T8 or Black Rainstorm warning in force 2 hours before the booking time. 6）Venue rental fees are NOT included in the class fee and would be charged separately. 7）Fly With Jessy reserves all rights to make changes and final decisions on class time, class location and class content.

Booking Policy

You can cancel or reschedule a class booking on the system latest by 12 hours before the start time. No additional charges incurred. Late cancellation will be charged with full payment. All purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-extendable.
